Start with a 14-day free trial — no credit card required. Annual billing saves 20%. Additional seats and AI report packs available as add-ons. Terriqon offers three plans designed to scale with your organization — from small field teams to enterprise operations. Every plan gives your team access to the full Terriqon platform, including offline data collection, real-time KPI dashboards, and AI-generated reports. Each plan also allows an equal-sized archived roster, so you can keep former team members on record without losing seat capacity. Terriqon offers two add-ons you can buy on top of your existing plan: * **Additional seats** — extra active seat capacity beyond your plan's cap, for organizations that briefly need more team members than their tier includes. * **AI report packs** — extra AI reports beyond your monthly allowance, useful during heavy reporting cycles (quarter-end, grant deadlines). Purchase either from **Settings → Billing** in the Terriqon dashboard. Both add-ons appear on your next invoice alongside your regular plan charge, and you can adjust or cancel them at any time. ## Command Extras The Command plan is built for large-scale operations that need maximum capacity and dedicated support. > **150 Combined Seats** > > Up to 150 active Managers and Field Officers, with an equal-sized archived roster for team members between phases. > **Unlimited AI Reports** > > Generate as many AI reports as your team needs — no monthly cap and no add-on purchases required. > **Uptime SLA with Service Credits** > > Command customers receive a formal uptime SLA. To apply for the NGO Verified Discount: 1. Choose an annual billing plan (Field Annual or Ops Annual). 2. Email [support@terriqon.com](mailto:support@terriqon.com) with the subject line **"NGO Discount Request"** and attach proof of your organization's NGO status (such as a registration certificate or tax-exemption letter). 3. You get access to the full platform for your selected plan tier from day one. * **No auto-charge at trial end.** When your trial expires, your account is paused rather than automatically billed. You must affirmatively choose a paid plan to continue. * **Full platform access.** Your trial includes every feature of your chosen plan — offline PWA, AI reports, KPI dashboards, everything. * **Command trials** are available on request.
